By downloading, installing, or using Chantra ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App provides both free and premium content:
Free content may be used without any purchase. Premium content requires a valid In-App Purchase.
Premium content is available for purchase through Apple's In-App Purchase system. By making a purchase, you also agree to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
All In-App Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their Report a Problem page or by contacting Apple Support. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
Mandalas and other visual content you create within the App are yours. You retain full ownership of any mandalas you create and may share them freely. We do not claim any rights to user-created content.
The App, including its design, code, artwork, animations, mantra texts, educational content, and all other materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Chantra is a meditation and mindfulness tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or spiritual advice. The mantra descriptions, benefits, and historical information are provided for educational purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
